Description of Research Interest

We are working on the design and synthesis of the molecular probes for image-guided therapy.  We focus on MRI and optical imaging probe for the detection of specific diseases including atherosclerosis and cancers, which can also function in therapy by photodynamic therapy and other methods.  We sythesize nanoparticle-based probes and enzyme activatavle probes for those theranostic purpose by targeted detection of theese imflammatory diseases and treatment of them.
