Methods:I use computational and statistical modeling to map disease distributions, identify risk factors, and analyze spatial and temporal trends. My work often combines large datasets from diverse sources (state, open data, internet-generated) using geospatial modeling, machine learning, and Bayesian inference to produce maps and indicators for surveillance and policy.In terms of topics:
My main focus is on antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in animals. I have worked on global and regional trends in antimicrobial use and inappropriate use. My broader research spans global health, epidemiology, spatial epidemiology, avian influenza, geography, big data analytics, and geospatial mapping.
