Area of Research
Description of Research Interest
Our group works on molecular sensing solutions by integrating concepts of chemistry, physics, and engineering. We integrate such sensors into handheld or wearable devices to meet clinical needs in continuous biomarker monitoring. We focus particularly on real-time analysis of exhaled breath and interstitial fluid to enable early detection and personalized disease management. By bridging fundamental materials design with translational device engineering, we aim to bring next-generation diagnostics directly to patients and clinicians.
